The Role

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented person to support inventory management, shipping and receiving, and procurement. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role works closely with the project management team, administrative and suppliers to ensure materials are accurately available and properly managed at our facility in Paradise, NL.

The Great Things You’ll Do

·       Manage inventory for projects including work orders, sign-outs, returns, transfers, and reporting.

·       Coordinate receiving, inspection, documentation, shipping, and delivery activities.

·       Conduct monthly physical inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.

·       Support purchasing and procurement, including order tracking, receiving, verification, and PO reconciliation.

·       Identify process gaps and operational issues and help implement improvements.

·       Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and other stakeholders.

What’s You’ll Bring

·       Diploma from an accredited post-secondary institution in an engineering technology program, (preferably Industrial Engineering) or similar work experience.

·       Self-motivated and willingness to partake in the development of simulation components.

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

·       The position is land based, but occasional travel to offshore installations is required.

·       Strong problem-solving skills and communication skills.

·       Must have the ability to be flexible, work independently, be self-motivated and a team player.

·       An acceptable Criminal Record Check.
