We're building the AI Agent OS for Advisors. Financial advisors use Verlo to replace the patchwork of tools they hate. Our agents join their meetings, write their notes, update their CRM, and answer any question about any client instantly. Inbound and referrals are working, but no one is running marketing end to end. That's what this role is for.

As Growth Lead at Verlo, you'll own every channel that drives pipeline: paid social, outbound, landing pages, lifecycle, and whatever else you can prove out. You'll report directly to the founder and work with our AEs to keep the top of funnel full.

What you'll do

You'll run Meta as our primary paid channel: writing hooks, shipping creative, testing audiences, and managing budget against pipeline (not vanity metrics). You'll build and ship landing pages weekly, often by lunchtime. We use Claude Code, so the loop from idea to live page is short. You'll design and run outbound that actually gets replies: sequences, copy, list building, deliverability. You'll spin up lifecycle, organic, partnerships, and whatever else earns its way in. You'll set the metrics, instrument the funnel, and report on what's working so the rest of us can move with you.

What we're looking for

  • 3–5+ years owning demand gen at a B2B SaaS company. You've been the person on the hook for the number, not a contributor on a bigger team
  • Hands-on operator on Meta. You've personally managed meaningful monthly spend, written the creative, and know the difference between a CTR problem and a landing page problem
  • Can ship a landing page end-to-end
  • Written outbound that lands. You've built sequences, picked the lists, and shipped cold email at scale without burning the domain
  • Strong taste. You can spot a dead ad or a broken LP without waiting for the data to tell you
  • You use AI tools every day. They make you faster at shipping pages, ads, and campaigns

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to financial advisors, RIAs, or wealth management firms
  • Familiarity with the wealthtech ecosystem (custodians, planning software, CRMs like Redtail or Wealthbox)
  • You've taken a B2B SaaS company from early traction through a real growth stage on the demand side
  • Generalist background. Copy, light design, ops, and a bit of code in the same week doesn't faze you
  • You've built growth playbooks in other vertical SaaS markets we can borrow from

Where you'll work

This role is fully remote within Canada. You can work from anywhere in the country, with your day structured around overlap with North American business hours. We get the team together in person a few times a year for offsites; otherwise, you work from wherever you do your best work.
