Requirements:

• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or Web Development.
• Ability to offer new ideas and take direction as part of an in-house creative team
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Knowledge and experience in the IT sector would be an asset
• Canadian citizenship and eligibility for Canadian security clearance are required due to project contracts.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• In-office teamwork is essential, as this is not a remote working position.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities:
• Design, layout, and maintenance of corporate websites.
• Creative conceptualization, design, and layout of promotional materials and display booths.
• Development of innovative interpretations of technical documents using schematics and infographics.
• Crafting of logos or icons.
• Generating web graphics for responsive design.
• Providing support for other web and design needs. 
• Handling photography, multimedia, video production, and video editing. 

Competencies and Tools You'll Utilize:

• CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Content Management Systems; WordPress and plug-ins, Drupal, and others. 
• Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, and other video production software.
