Accounting Position

Compusult is an information technology firm serving the aerospace/defence sector, government clients, private corporations, and the general public. We are seeking a suitably qualified individual for a full-time Accounting position. This is an in-office role, working on-site at our headquarters in Mount Pearl, NL.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of invoices and claim documents
• Preparation and review of financial statements
• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Payroll processing
• Job cost reporting
• Cash flow management
• Assisting senior personnel with the administration of corporate pension, retirement, and group benefit plans
• Supporting fiscal management activities for the company’s Canadian branch offices and its U.S. and EU subsidiaries.

Qualifications:

• Thorough knowledge of computerized accounting software and related applications
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and financial tools
• Relevant education and experience in accounting or finance
• Canadian citizenship and eligibility for Canadian security clearance are required prior to start date

Compensation: 

Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
