Overview
We are seeking experience to support our team across quality assurance, documentation development, and internal training initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong clinical background and experience in medico-legal work, particularly in preparing Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) or developing life care plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead quality assurance efforts by establishing standards, reviewing outputs, and ensuring the platform consistently delivers reliable, defensible work product
  • Shape product direction by defining best practices for medical-legal files and reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance are built into the platform
  • Own the domain expertise behind IME preparation and review features
  • Assist in the design of life care planning capabilities within the product
  • Develop training materials, enablement content, and educational resources that scale expertise across customers and internal teams
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to translate clinical and medico-legal requirements into product features
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices in documentation and reporting
  • Provide subject matter expertise on clinical and medico-legal standards

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) designation with active license
  • Previous experience as a Legal Nurse Consultant or similar medico-legal role
  • Strong familiarity with IMEs and/or life care planning
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Experience in QA or auditing of medical documentation is an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience developing training materials or leading training sessions is preferred

Preferred Experience

  • Background in insurance, personal injury, or disability case management
  • Certification in Legal Nurse Consulting and/or Life Care Planning (considered an asset)
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
