We are looking for a Junior AI Enablement Specialist located in St. John's, Newfoundland.
This is an office-based role. Must be available to work onsite full time at the St. John's, Newfoundland office.

You have at least 2 years of professional experience and a bachelor's degree in business administration, adult education, project management or a related field. You have experience with Generative AI platforms (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude) and an interest in Generative AI technologies. You can evaluate project feasibility and estimate resource requirements. You have excellent written and verbal communications skills, organization and time management as well as strong negotiation and stakeholder management. You have strong presentation skills and can think strategically and translate business needs into AI solutions.
As the Junior AI Enablement Specialist, you will support the AI Enablement team in identifying opportunities to improve business processes through Artificial Intelligence. You will assist with gathering business requirements, documenting AI use cases, preparing demonstrations, supporting training initiatives, and promoting AI adoption across the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders, AI specialists and technical teams while developing knowledge of AI technologies, business analysis, project coordination and change management.
Specifically, you will focus on:
Business & Requirements Support
• Assist business stakeholders in documenting current processes and identifying opportunities for AI optimization • Participate in discovery meetings to gather business requirements• Document meeting notes, process flows, and business requirements • Assist in maintaining the AI project backlog • Help identify repetitive tasks that may benefit from AI solutions
AI Project Coordination
• Support AI project planning activities• Assist in preparing project documentation and timelines• Track assigned project tasks and action items • Monitor project progress and escalate concerns when appropriate • Assist with testing AI solutions before deployment
AI Adoption & Change Management
• Support organizational AI adoption initiatives• Assist with preparing user guides, quick reference materials, and training resources• Coordinate and deliver onboarding sessions and demonstrations• Collect user feedback following AI implementations• Help maintain AI documentation and knowledge libraries
Communication
• Assist the AI Manager with communicating project status, risks, and returns to senior leadership• Keep key departments informed and involved in AI initiatives, aligning goals and expectations• Champion the AI vision both internally and externally, positioning the organization as an AI leader
