As a Finance Co-op student, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting financial operations, improving processes, and contributing to initiatives that help maintain accuracy and efficiency across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll work closely with the Finance team to assist with daily financial activities and process improvements.

Assist with coding and entering company credit card transactions.
Compile and process employee expense claims.
Support accounts payable and purchasing workflows.
Support monthly purchasing reconciliations and help identify process improvements.
Assist with month-end financial activities and reconciliation support.
Generate, interpret, and help improve financial reports.
Work with a number of different financial tools.
Help ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records and documentation.
Contribute to special projects that enhance finance operations and workflows.

What We’re Looking For:

Currently enrolled in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related post-secondary program.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and financial data.
Naturally curious and motivated to understand how financial processes work.
Comfortable taking initiative and following through on assigned tasks.
Proactive and resourceful problem-solver who enjoys improving processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborative mindset and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
